Our 30-Day Promise

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return Rae if:

• The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• You’re unhappy or changed your mind (no judgment).

How Returns Work

• Email us at fantasy@fantasyhub.online with your order number.
• We’ll reply with the return instructions & address.
• Once we receive the return, refunds take 3–5 business days.

Important Notes

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• We don’t accept returns on used or damaged items.
• All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
